Easy Pasta Cacciatore Recipe

Stratford University's Greg Hare shares a quick and easy dish that the entire family will enjoy... pasta cacciatore.
1 lb. Cooked pasta
2 oz. Vegetable oil
4 oz. Onions, julienne
4 oz. Peppers, julienne
3 c. Tomato sauce, pasta sauce
1 c. White wine
1. Heat a medium sized pan, add oil. Put onions and peppers in pan and cook until onions are clear and peppers are soft.
2. Add wine and bring to barely a boil. Add tomato sauce and reduce to simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Serve the sauce over your favorite cooked pasta. Feel free to add any protein you wish to the dish and enjoy.
Yield: 4 portions
