Pesto Chicken with Peppers & Olives Recipe

This is a simple, quick dinner recipe to make for the whole family - or impress your guests with this gourmet look which can be easily thrown together in your own kitchen! The creamy, flavor-packed sauce and chicken is sure to be a hit.
Pesto Chicken with Peppers
Yield: 2 portions
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 lb. Chicken Breast, cooked
1 ea. Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Onion, small
1 Tbs. Garlic
1/2 lb. Pasta, cooked
2 Tbs. Pesto
1/2 c. Cream
1/4 cup Black Olives, sliced
to taste Salt & Pepper
1. In a hot pan, heat the oil and add the peppers and onions.
2. When the onions are clear, add the olives, garlic and the cream. Be careful not to boil too long.
3. Add the cooked chicken and pasta and give a toss to warm up the chicken.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
