BPD investigating Six Sunday Shootings

Six people were shot in the Baltimore Sunday.

Baltimore City Police are investigating the multiple shootings.

Officers were dispatched to 4230 Berger Avenue, near Belair Road, at 3:35 a.m. for reports of a shooting.

Police say two men were shot. One man was shot in the head and died. The second man was shot in the hand.

Anyone with information is asked to contact homicide detectives at 410-396-2100.

Officers were dispatched at 5:51 a.m. for third shooting victim. Officers responded to a local hospital for a walk-in shooting victim.

Police say the man was walking in the 3300 block of Edmonson Avenue when an unknown suspect attempted to rob him.  The man was shot in the chest. He is in stable condition.

Anyone with information is asked to call 410-396-2488.

Officers were dispatched at 6:03 a.m. for a fourth shooting victim.

Officers responded to a local hospital for a walk-in shooting victim. Police say the shooting took place in the 2800 block of Belvedere Avenue.

The man was shot in the chest. His condition is currently unknown.

Anyone with information is asked to call Northwest District detectives at 410-396-2466.

Officers were dispatched to the hospital at 11:10 a.m. for the fifth shooting victim. A man walked into a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the lower back.

District detectives are investigating this shooting.
