WINTER STORM WARNING & WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY

A WINTER STORM WARNING has been issued for Northern Baltimore and Carroll Counties and a WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY has been issued for Baltimore City, Harford, and Howard Counties through 6PM Wednesday evening.  Rain will be heavy at times through Wednesday morning, mixing with and changing to snow from northwest to southeast.  Any rain and snow should end just after sunset on Wednesday evening.  Snow totals could range from about 1-3" northwest of I-95, with up to 3-6" and localized high-elevation amounts up to 8" and road problems north and west of the Beltway.

President Obama's Inauguration Speech

Monday's Inauguration event was different from President Obama's first in many ways. Many would argue the tone of the speech reflects a nation even more divided than it was four years ago.

Fox45 sat down with two Maryland lawmakers on both sides of the aisle and a professor of rhetoric at Towson University to compare the president's speech to his previous in 2009.
