WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY & DENSE FOG ADVISORY

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY remains in effect for the Eastern Shore, except Cecil County, through 9AM.  After up to around 1/4" of ice Sunday, plenty of residual ice remains.  Be alert for icy roads and sidewalks, downed limbs, and power outages.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY is in effect for the entire area, except Cecil County, through 9AM.  Visibilities could be below 1/4 mile at times in dense fog.

What Happened to Hope?

As President Obama begins his second term, the mood of the nation is much different than it was four years ago.

As President Obama was sworn in for his second term, people on the streets of Washington were asking what happened to the hope that was the central theme of the president's campaign in 2008.

"I know that as a small business owner I am worse off today than I was four years ago," said business owner Anna Epsilantis.

While Obama's inaugural speech in 2009 was all about hope, this year it was all about big government with no plan for improving the economy or attacking the debt. What Happened to Hope?
