Baltimore County Police Seeking Information About Light Rail Shooting

Baltimore County is seeking information from anyone who was on the Lutherville light rail platform on Friday during or around the time of the shooting of a 35-year-old man.
Police say the shooting occurred on January 25 at around 4:15 p.m. on the platform in the 100 block of Ridgely Road.
Harold Blandon was shot twice while waiting for the train to take him home from work. Police are trying to determine whether or not he was targeted.
Police believe that even if you did not witness the shooting, you may have seen or heard something that could assist them in the investigation.
