Updated: Monday, November 19 2012, 09:25 AM EST
A Baltimore County grand jury has indicted Robert Gladden Jr. in the Perry Hall High School shooting.
Gladden was charged with nine counts of attempted murder, nine counts of first degree assault, nine counts of reckless endangerment, one count of use of a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence and one count of carrying a weapon on school property.
Based on the evidence known to date, Gladden's father, Robert Gladden, Sr., will not be charged with a crime. Robert Gladden, Jr. sometimes stayed at his father's home. While it is alleged that Robert Gladden, Jr., a minor, obtained the gun used in this crime from his father's house, Maryland law requires proof that the gun was accessible and loaded at the time the minor had access.
As of this date, a bail hearing has not been scheduled. The Baltimore County State's Attorney's Office have no further comment about this case at this time.
