TRAVEL-DISRUPTING SNOW POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY

A coastal storm will ride to our east, throwing moisture into building cold air overhead Wednesday. This means rain and snow mix developing for the entire area Tuesday night and for a very busy travel day on Wednesday. By the time it tapers late Wednesday, we could see up to three inches of snow here in the city, and maybe even up to four inches or so in places like Carroll County.

Family of 17-Year-Old Shot Wednesday Night Speaks Out

The aunt, cousin and coach of the 17-year-old killed Wednesday night in the 2300 Block of Lyndhurst Avenue spoke to FOX45.

Michael Mayfield was a student at Edmondson High school. He was a member of JROTC, a standout baseball player and a youth leader with the Inner Harbor Project.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was in the 2300 Block of Lyndhurst St when a suspect shot him inside a car.  Mayfield did not live there, he was in the area visiting his grandmother.

The suspect was last seen wearing a blue sweat shirt, jeans and tennis shoes, police said. The suspect is described as a black male, though the height, weight and approximate age is unknown at this time.
