Uncle of Boston Bombing Suspects Speaks: Says Family is Ashamed

The uncle of the Boston Bombing Suspects spoke to media from his home in Montgomery Village, Md. Ruslan Tsarni says the bombers are the sons of his brother (who has little influence on them) and he hasn't seen them since they were kids.

He says they need to be held responsible for their behavior.

Ruslan told reporters that the brothers have shamed the family and the entire Chechnyan ethnicity. He insists that they are a peaceful people.

Ruslan urged his surviving nephew to turn himself in and ask for forgiveness from the victims and the injured.
