2nd Suspect Arrested in Randallstown Shooting

A second man has been arrested in connection to a non-fatal shooting in Randallstown.
Hiydeen Green-Womack, 21, has been taken into custody and charged with attempted first degree murder, armed robbery, and first degree assault.
On June 30, Baltimore County Police responded to Allenswood and Offutt Road for a shooting. The victim was shot multiple times after he and a friend were walking his bicycle and the two suspects attempted to rob him. He was taken to an area hospital and treated for injuries.
The first suspect Jaleel Vass, 22, was arrested in connection with the crime on July 1.
The shooting is still under investigation to determine if the victim was targeted.
