No Police Follow-Up Investigation in Towson Deck Collapse

All seven victims injured by a deck collapse in Towson Monday evening are expected to survive. Two of the patients were transported to Shock Trauma with serious injuries
Five of those injured are Towson University students, police said. They identified the injured parties as;
Sean Michael Dahlen (19): transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center with serious injuries.
Roxana Veronica Ramirez (26): transported to Sinai Trauma Center with serious injuries.
Owen James Woodcock (21): transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center with serious injuries.
Siobhan Grace Allmendinger (20): transported to Greater Baltimore Medical Center with minor injuries.
Alexandra Bonie McVey (20): transported to Greater Baltimore Medical Center with minor injuries.
Michael Walter Bowers (25): transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center with serious injuries.
Jacob Ryan Shows (19): transported to Sinai Hospital with minor injuries.
When firefighters arrived on the scene of the deck collapse, in the unit block of Clybourne Court at 6:18 p.m. Monday evening, they found that the second-story apartment balcony had fallen approximately eight feet. Four were transported to hospitals with serious injuries; the other three were said to have minor injuries.
According to police, there were approximately 100-150 people in the area when they arrived on scene. The building will be inspected by a county building inspector on Tuesday. The police will not conduct a follow-up investigation because there was no evidence of criminal activity.
