Mayor Stephanie
Rawlings-Blake is speaking out for the first time since Baltimore's
Board of Ethics announced plans to investigate her administration's
policy to giving out event tickets.

Rawlings-Blake read from a written statement when she was questioned
about the ethics board decision. "I welcome the review of the long

allowed to give them to whomever she wants, with no questions asked.
