230-unit luxury apartment complex underway in Brooklyn Park
BROOKLYN PARK, Md. (WBFF) - A new luxury apartment complex is now under construction in Anne Arundel County's Brooklyn Park.
The developer says it's the first "Class A," or luxury, project for the area in 40 years.
The 230-unit Woodfall Greens is being built near the intersection of Route 2 and Hammonds Lane, by the Ritchie Highway Shopping Center.
The development will offer one-bedroom to three-bedroom units in four-story, elevator-served buildings, announced Enterprise Homes Inc., which is building the project in partnership with Southview Development, which owns the Southview Shopping Center.
The first homes are set to open in the fall of 2018.
"We're excited to bring this new community to an extraordinarily convenient site in northern Anne Arundel County," said Chickie Grayson, president and CEO of Enterprise Homes, in a statement sent Monday. "Woodfall Greens will offer a great place to live with great amenities in a great location."
Woodfall Greens will be managed by Bozzuto Management Company.
