Victims ID'd in two of South Baltimore's Friday night homicides


UPDATE: City of Baltimore Police have identified the homicide victims that were involved in two separate South Baltimore shootings on Friday night.

Devin Booze, 35, is the homicide victim from the 200 block of South Collins Avenue in Southwest Baltimore and Derrian Griffin, 32, is the homicide victim from the shooting on the 200 block of North Bond Street in Southeast Baltimore.

The first shooting was reported at 8:56 p.m. at Collins Avenue and Frederick Avenue.

The victim was taken to Shock Trauma where he was pronounced dead.

A second victim, age 20, was found at a nearby hospital with a gunshot wound to his torso.

Detectives believe these two shooting victims are connected.

The second shooting was reported at 10:35 p.m. on the 200 block of North Bond Street.

On scene officers located a 32-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds.

He was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he later died.
