BALTIMORE (WBFF) – The search is on for a stolen charity food van.

The van, from “Moveable Feast,” was making a delivery on Elsinore Avenue in northwest Baltimore when witnesses say it was taken.

According to a witness, the driver was dropping meals off at a transition home for men with disabilities when two “young boys” jumped into the van and took off.

The keys appeared to have been left inside the van, the witness said.

Moveable Feast’s mission, as described on their website, “is to foster a community that cares for men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-threatening illnesses by preparing and delivering nutritious meals and groceries and providing nutritional counseling and other services.”

The community organization served over 800,000 meals in 2016.

Anyone who sees the van is asked to call Baltimore Police.
