DOUBLE HOMICIDE| Two Men Shot in North Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WBFF)-- Baltimore City Police are investigating a double shooting that left two men dead in Northeast Baltimore.

Around 1:00pm Tuesday, officers were called to the 1100 block of E. 43rd Street for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found a 27-year old man with a gunshot wound to his stomach. The victim was taken to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.

Police say the victim was in possession of a handgun when officers found him.

While officers were investigating this shooting, they received information that another shooting victim was inside of a home, in the 4700 block of Midwood Avenue. The victim, was found with a gunshot wound to his chest.

He was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.

Homicide detectives are investigating this incident.
