Dozens of residents question police after north Balt. Co. burglary spree

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) - Eighteen homes across Baltimore County have been targeted by criminals in the past several months - and there are no arrests.

Residents packed a building at the State Fairgrounds in Timonium Tuesday to share their concerns with police.

Since October, homes from Pikesville to Reisterstown, Timonium and Towson have been targeted.

One terrifying attack was captured on surveillance video, with a burglar seen ramming a front door while a woman was home.

Police believe the thieves often looking for jewelry or a safe, and people who are not home.

Most of the 1 1/2-hour-long meeting consisted of residents asking police questions.

Residents who spoke with FOX45 said they left feeling better but are still hoping for arrests.
