Healthy Eating for Kids During the Summer
Summer time is here! While you're kids are probably excited, summer can actually be a detriment to their mental and physical health. Research shows that all young people can lose up to two months of math and reading skills and can gain weight twice as fast over the summer. Katie Willse, from the National Summer Learning Association, and John Walsh, from the Classic Catering People, came in to give us some tips to keep that from happening.
