BALTIMORE (WBFF) - A 64-year-old pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by a pick-up truck that fled the scene, in southeast Baltimore's Jonestown area Sunday evening.

The incident happened at North Central Avenue and East Fayette Street at about 7:07 p.m. Dec. 10, said city police the next day.

Investigators believe the man was crossing the street when he was struck.

The vehicle is described only as a light-blue pick-up truck, said police.

Police released a photo of it Monday evening.

The man was found with multiple injuries and was taken to an area hospital.

The truck is believed to have damage to the front right corner.
