Man charged with stabbing another at Dundalk Petsmart after fight at fish department
DUNDALK, Md. (WBFF) - A Dundalk man has been arrested after a stabbing at a local Petsmart earlier this month.
Duwade Marshall Moses, 67, of Delk Court, is charged with first-degree assault and second-degree assault in the incident.
He was arguing with another customer about who would be next to be helped at the fish department, said Baltimore County police.
Moses and the victim, a 51-year-old Dundalk man, allegedly started spitting at each other before throwing merchandise at each other, said police.
The victim then allegedly punched Moses because he saw him reach for what he thought was a weapon in his pants.
Moses pulled out a folding knife and stabbed the victim in the upper body.
Moses was released later on bond. The victim is expected to survive his injuries.
