Maryland man found dead in Pennsylvania pond, investigation underway
CUMRU TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WBFF) – A 41-year-old man from Cockeysville was found dead in a pond in Pennsylvania, police announced Wednesday.
The man’s body was found on April 18, 2017 around 4:30 p.m. by a homeowner, on whose property the pond is located.
According to police, the property owner found the body while conducting maintenance, but did not know the man or anything about his death.
Police identified the victim as John Trujillo, Jr.
An autopsy will now determine cause of death.

Investigators are working to determine how Trujillo came to the Reading, Pennsylvania area and what led him to the area on Mt Penn Road where he was found.
