One dead in Christmas stabbing at Columbia convenience store

COLUMBIA, Md. (WBFF) -- Howard County Police are investigating a double stabbing in Columbia Monday night that left one man dead, and they are offering a $5,000 reward for anyone with information.

Police say officers were called to the Trellis Center Convenience Store on Hickory Ridge Road at 9:40 p.m. for a report of two people stabbed. Officers found James Fallin Jr., 23, and Warner Jackson, 22, both suffering from stab wounds.

Both were taken to Shock Trauma where Fallin was pronounced dead. Jackson was treated and released.

Police say Fallin and Jackson entered the store and got into an altercation with the suspect, described as an adult black male. The suspect then stabbed Fallin and Jackson and fled with an adult female.
