Pumpkin spice air freshener prompts hazmat call at Cristo Rey High School in Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WBFF) - Students and staff were evacuated from a Canton-area private school after complaints of an unknown substance.
A hazmat crew was sent to Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, off of Eastern Avenue, Thursday afternoon.
The suspicious smell, though, turned out to be pumpkin spice air freshener, confirmed the Baltimore Fire Department.
Two adults and two children were taken to a hospital as a precaution.
Cristo Rey is a private Catholic high school.
