Maryland State Police Fallen Heroes Ceremony

A ceremony honoring Maryland State Troopers who have given their lives in the line of duty was held on Friday morning.

PIKESVILLE, Md. (WBFF) – A ceremony honoring Maryland State Troopers who gave their lives in the line of duty was held on Friday morning.

The Maryland State Police Fallen Heroes Ceremony was attended by Governor Larry Hogan, Colonel William Pallozzi, police survivor families and supporters.

Forty-three state troopers have died in the line of duty in Maryland, including two killed while on active military duty in WWII.
