Suspect identified in Dollar General murder
BALTIMORE (WBFF) - Baltimore police released the identity of the suspect in the murder of a west Baltimore Dollar General manager earlier this week.
Michael Thompson has been charged with the murder of Deric Ford Sr.
Deric Ford Sr., a "father of 12 [children]," was killed in "a senseless, senseless killing, very brutal - execution-style," said Davis in a press conference Friday.
Davis noted that Ford "did not resist the robbery; he was executed anyway."
In a press conference Saturday, police mentioned Thompson also confessed to the murder of Michael Scott in late April on South Calvert Street.
