Suspect in Edgewood shooting also suspected in shooting at Wilmington business
WILMINGTON, De. (WBFF) -- Wilmington Police say the suspect wanted in connection with a multiple shooting Wednesday morning in Edgewood is also a suspect in a shooting incident that occurred later that morning in Delaware.
Police say Radee Labeeb Prince, 37, is wanted for a shooting that occurred in the 2800 block of Northeast Blvd at the 28th Street Auto Sales and Service in Wilmington. Prince is known to have family in the Wilmington area.
The Harford County Sheriff’s Office says Prince is currently the suspect in a workplace shooting incident that happened shortly before 9 a.m. at Advance Granite Solution in Emmorton Business Park.
Sheriff Jeff Gahler says five people were shot, including three fatally. Two are listed in critical condition at Shock Trauma in Baltimore.
Gahler later confirmed that Prince was an employee of the business.
A witness of the incident tells Fox45 that Prince called a “meeting” with several employees and then shot five of them.
Prince was last seen driving a 2008 black GMC Acadia with a Delaware plate of PC64273. Prince is considered to be armed and dangerous and officials are urging anyone who comes in contact with him to contact police.
