TOWSON, Md. (WBFF) - The owner of a Towson urgent-care clinic has been charged with rape and sex abuse after a 16-year-old girl said he inappropriately touched her, according to Baltimore County police.

Alberto R. Yataco, who runs Get Well Immediate Care on York Road, across from Towson University, was charged Thursday, according to a news release.

The county's Crimes Against Children Unit got a complaint from the teenager that she was assaulted by Yataco, as well as a second victim, a 28-year-old woman, said she was touched by Yataco "in a manner that did not appear to be consistent with her medical symptoms."

The victim "told police that she was inappropriately touched by the doctor during a routine medical treatment," according to the news release. "The victim felt that the doctor's touching was not a part of her treatment."

He is charged with second-degree rape, sexual abuse of a minor, third-degree sex offense, two counts of fourth-degree sex offenses and two counts of second-degree assault.

Yataco is being held at the Department of Corrections without bond.
