REISTERSTOWN, Md. (WBFF) -- On Saturday night, a fatal crash occurred on Route 140 in Reisterstown, where Baltimore County Police say two people were killed.
Route 140 shut down after the double fatal crash.
A 59-year-old male motorcyclist and his 55-year-old female passenger were the victims, said Baltimore County police Sunday morning.
The motorcycle was turning left onto Westminster Pike/Route 140 from the driveway of the Reisterstown Moose Family Center Lodge, when it collided with a southbound Toyota Camry.
The driver of the Camry, who was not identified, was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The crash happened around 10:30 p.m. just south of the Baltimore and Carroll counties line at Brian Daniel Court.
As of midnight, traffic was shut down in both directions on RT140 as investigators worked to reconstruct the crash.
