Warmer weather will wrap-up the work week
BALTIMORE (WBFF) -- Warmer weather will continue to wrap-up the work week!
For Friday, after morning clouds and fog, we'll break for some peeks of sun with just a risk of a spot shower or two. As a cold front pushes through, though, we'll also sprout up some thunderstorms, especially during the Friday PM commute. Keep an eye to the sky with a marginal risk of severe weather in place. Highs will again still be warm, in the lower-middle 80s. Friday night, the front will press off to our south with cooler air filtering in. We'll still stay stuck with clouds and a shower chance, though, as the front doesn't move too far to our south. By early Saturday, expect a low dropping to 56.
As the front proceeds to stall to our south, Saturday, we'll cool down to a high of 64 with extra clouds. We could even see a light shower or two through the day as a disturbance moves in from the southwest. Saturday night into Sunday, steadier showers will develop as a storm system glides over southern Maryland and Virginia. Sunday highs again will only be near 62. The good news... Although we'll likely have a some rain Sunday morning, there are indications the more widespread rain should pull out for your afternoon activities, although it'll still probably be pretty cloudy and cool with some sprinkles and highs staying near 60.
Monday and Tuesday, though, this weekend's storm may take another swipe at us, perhaps giving us a soaking rain on Monday, followed by leftover shower on Tuesday. Highs will be cool, in the upper 50s to near 60 Monday with high temperatures in the upper 60s Tuesday.
Wednesday and Thursday, we'll finally break out of the soggy and cooler pattern as highs make 75 to 80 by the middle of next week and into the lower and middle 80s by Thursday!
