Baltimore CASH Campaign - Stimulus Check Help: Starting on April 28, 2008 more than 130 million households will receive economic stimulus payments of $300 to $600. Even though the April 15 tax return filing deadline has passed, those who normally do not file a tax return can still submit a 2007 1040A form to receive an economic stimulus payment. Baltimore CASH is holding several drop-in ESP assistance clinics. No appointment is needed. We do ask that you come prepared to file.
