Did the treadmill for 60-minutes today. I was going for my target heart rate 120 (beats per minute). Did it for an hour and I didn't even need any E-M-T-S!!! I started this regimen last week… I still don't really see any changes … other than… it's just easier for me to do. But I absolutely refuse to give up! My goal is to make sure no one heaves while I'm on the beach this summer.
