WASHINGTON (7News) — Three men were arrested after a man was shot and killed and had personal items stolen including his diamond "grill" stolen from his mouth on July 2 in Northeast Washington, Metropolitan Police reported late Saturday night.

Police identified the victim as 21-year-old Rosendo Miller, of Northwest DC. Police said 21-year-old Mark Fletcher, of Northwest, DC, 21-year-old Malik Bynum, of Southeast, DC, and 20-year-old Larry White, of Northeast, DC, were arrested and charged with Felony Murder on July 2. Bynum was additionally charged with two counts of destruction of property for the vehicles that were hit by gunfire, according to court documents.

At approximately 8:14 p.m. on July 2, officers responded to the report of gunshots in the 1300 block of Brentwood Road. Police arrived at the scene and found Miller suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment and died from his injuries.

According to court documents, items stolen in the incident were a silver or white gold Rolex watch, a diamond "grill" from his mouth, a Gucci crossbody satchel, a large amount of money, and Dior shoes.

Video captured the three suspects outside of a convenience store where Miller and another person were already inside.

Miller and the individual left the store and White was captured on camera reaching into his waistband to remove a gun, court documents state. White approached the person and Fletcher is seen walking up behind Miller and pointing a gun at the back of his head.

Miller tried to run but Fletcher grabbed him by his dreadlocks. While White and Fletcher wrestled Miller to the ground in the middle of the street, Bynum who was carrying a gun attempted to chase the other individual who was able to escape.

While Bynum and Fletcher were wrestling with Miller, two other unidentified individuals arrived and appeared to assist in the robbery. One of the men allegedly stole Miller's Dior shoes before running away on Brentwood Road, NE, according to court documents.

As Fletcher, White, and the other unidentified man were still wrestling with Miller, Bynum is captured on video stealing Miller's cross-body style Gucci satchel from him. White also appeared to take Miller's Rolex watch while an unidentified man appeared to go into the victim's pants pockets.

According to court documents, White and Fletcher continued attacking Miller in the street. Bynum is seen shooting his gun and he disappears out of the view of the camera. Fletcher and White continued to struggle with Miller but got off of him and ran away.
