    BALTIMORE (WBFF) - Residents are calling in to Operation: Crime and Justice to complain about drug dealers in their neighborhoods.

    So we went to the police commissioner, to get answers about the police response to resident concerns.

    Joy Lepola’s interview covered the department’s current philosophy on making drug arrests, officers adjusting to the consent decree, and the commissioner’s opinion about recent changes to Maryland’s marijuana laws, like decriminalization of limited quantities of the drug.
