BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore police say three people were shot in Baltimore overnight, including a 16-year-old boy who was injured and a man shot and killed while sitting in a vehicle.
On Wednesday at approximately 11:11 p.m., officers responded to the 1800 block of North Castle Street in East Baltimore for a shooting.
Once at the location, officers located a 29-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the right ankle.
Then a second victim, a 16-year-old boy, suffered from an apparent gunshot wound to the right upper arm.
Both victims were transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Eastern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.

A few hours later at approximately 1:26 a.m., officers were dispatched to the rear of the 1800 block of Wilkins Avenue in South Baltimore to investigate a shooting.
When officers arrived at the location, officers located a 47-year-old man sitting inside a vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body.
The victim was pronounced deceased by BCFD Medic at the scene.
