Bel Air woman, 27, dies after 4-vehicle crash in Forest Hill
FOREST HILL, Md. (WBFF) - A 27-year-old Bel Air woman died after her car crashed into another vehicle in Harford County's Forest Hill/Jarrettsville area, causing a four-vehicle accident midday Monday.
Georgina Marie Schulz was driving a blue Subaru Forester east on Route 23 near Grafton Shop Road at about 12:40 p.m. when she failed to slow down and hit the back of a Toyota Sequoia, according to Maryland State Police.
The road is under construction and a flagging crew was being used, as traffic was reduced to one lane in either direction, said police.
Schulz was taken by ambulance to the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center and pronounced dead there.
The operator of the Toyota Sequoia was also injured, and also taken by ambulance to Upper Chesapeake.
Police said Schulz was not wearing a seatbelt.
