BALTIMORE (WBFF) - On Wednesday, friends of a Baltimore barbershop owner mourned his loss.

They gathered at his shop downtown, writing their memories on balloons and lighting candles.

Friends have identified him as El-Levar Bailey.

Police say the victim was fatally shot early Tuesday inside his store on Park Avenue at West Saratoga Street.

Police are asking anyone who may have information about the barbershop shooting on Park Avenue to call them.
