BALTIMORE (WBFF) - During a holiday party at his home in Charles Village on Saturday, Gregg Edwards heard the chilling sounds of a crash.
A motorist had slammed into his parked car and another parked truck and drove away.
Edwards’ front porch camera captured the incident but it didn’t capture a plate for the minivan which caused the incident.
Without a plate number, city police refused to take a police report which left Edwards shaking his head.
“You pay for a parking permit and your car gets hit and financially it’s your responsibility because of a lack of insurance on the other persons half or the lack of a police report and it’s frustrating. It wouldn’t happen in Baltimore County or Howard County,” said Edwards.
