Funeral services set for slain Baltimore detective

BALTIMORE (WBFF) -- Funeral services for a Baltimore Homicide detective fatally shot on the job, have been set.

According to the Vaughn Greene Funeral home, the funeral for Detective Sean Suiter will be held November 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Pleasant Church & Ministries.

The burial will be at Dulaney Valley Cemetery, on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 immediately following services.

Viewings will take place Monday, November 27th and Tuesday, November 28th from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services in Randallstown.

Suiter was an Army veteran, who spent 18 years in the Baltimore City Police Department.

Suiter died Thursday after being shot in the head the day before.

A reward of $215,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person who shot him.

Suiter leaves to mourn a wife and five children.
