OWINGS MILLS, Md. (WBFF) - Maryland officials and business leaders broke ground today on a 72-unit, "mixed-income" apartment complex off of Owings MIlls' Red Run Boulevard.

The $22 million complex is being built by Enterprise Homes and Pax-Edwards, and is expected to open in the fall of 2019, according to a press release from Profiles Public Relations.

The apartments will include "a high-quality, four-story, elevator-served building and will offer a mix of one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments with a variety of common spaces, including a club room, computer lab/homework room, game room, fitness center, and laundry room," as well as parking and outdoor recreational areas for residents, according to the press release.

The funding will come from sources including the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, Baltimore County, Bank of America, Enterprise Community Investment and Bellwether Enterprise.
