Description: Mon May 04 2020 ELLICOTT CITY, MD (WBFF) -- After suffering extreme damages during a 2018 flood in Ellicott City, the Thomas Isaac Log Cabin has moved to its permanent location on the historic Barnard Fort House property. The cabin was within two feet of the pipe that failed during the May 28, 2018 flood. It was temporarily moved to Parking Lot F during the reconstruction of Ellicott Mills Drive.
