Hogan vetoes bills on emergency procurement after legislative report recommended oversight

In his vetoes of two bills related to emergency procurement, Hogan wrote letters to leadership of the General Assembly, saying one of the bills “does little for transparency” while the other bill “would add red tape” to the process. (WBFF)
