Man dead, another injured after shooting in South Baltimore
BALTIMORE -- WBFF -- Baltimore Police say that one man is dead and another was injured after a shooting in the southern part of the city on Wednesday night.
According to authorities, at 11:15 p.m., officers were called to the 400 block of South Payson Street, for a report of gunshots being heard in the area. When officers arrived, they found two shooting victims.
The first victim is a 43-year-old man who had gunshot wounds to his body. He was transported to an area hospital where he died a short time later.
The second victim is a 39-year-old man. He is currently being treated for his injuries at an area hospital and is expected to survive.
