Man found 'slumped over' on Rt. 29, drugs & gun in car

COLUMBIA, Md. (WBFF) - A Timonium man was arrested after being found slumped over the wheel in the middle of Columbia's Route 29 on rush hour Monday, with a loaded rifle and drugs in the car.

Victor Uriah Boston, 21, of Breezy Court, was found on Route 29 at Rivers Edge Road at 5:30 p.m. on March 12, according to a Howard County police report.

He was "slumped over the wheel," according to police.

Police saw a loaded rifle in the passenger seat, and various other drugs in the car.

Boston was arrested and charged with possessing drugs and intent to distribute drugs, as well as other weapon-related and drug-related charges.
