Man killed by gunfire in northeast Baltimore Saturday Afternoon

Update: The man who was shot in northeast Baltimore on Saturday afternoon has died.

At about 4:51 p.m., officers responded to the 3300 block of Kentucky Avenue for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a man (age and identity unknown) who was suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victim was taken to an area hospital was listed in critical condition.

He was later pronounced dead at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Due to the seriousness of the victim’s injuries, homicide detectives were summoned.

Detectives have learned that an unknown black male who was driving a gray Chevy shot the victim.
