BALTIMORE (WBFF) -- Police have arrested a suspect in Thursday's quadruple shooting. A 12-year-old and 16-year-old were among the victims caught in the line of fire.

Stephon Carroll, 20, is being charged with four counts of attempted murder.

Police were called to the scene, on Frankford Avenue near Summerfield Avenue, around 9:26 p.m. on April 21. Witnesses told police that the victims were at a block gathering when gunfire erupted.

A 12-year-old boy sustained a graze wound to the leg and police say the three other victims were a 16-year-old boy, an 18-year-old man and a 33-year-old man.

According to detectives, the shooting occurred as a "direct result" of an ongoing neighborhood dispute.

All of the victims are being treated at area hospitals.
