TODDLER'S DEATH RULED HOMICIDE: 18 Month Old found unresponsive, later dies

BALTIMORE (WBFF)-- Baltimore City Police are investigating the death of a toddler that has been ruled a homicide.

On July 18, 2018 at approximately 10:40 p.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 2800 block of Forest Glen Road for a report of an unresponsive child.

Once at the location, officers located 18 month-old Zaray Gray unresponsive.

Medics transported the baby to an area hospital where he later died.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the baby was left in the care of the mother's boyfriend. When the mother returned home she found 1 year-old Zaray Gray, unresponsive.

Investigators were informed by hospital staff that the baby sustained injuries that were visible and an x-ray revealed a broken bone.
