Two men were injured in separate shootings overnight.

Police said at about 10:45 p.m. Friday night, officers responded to the 500 block of Normandy Avenue for a reported shooting.

Once on scene, police observed a 37-year-old man with gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Southwest District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Southwest District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2488.

Officers were dispatched to another shooing just before 1:30 a.m. near Woodland Avenue.

Once on scene, they found a 29-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the thigh. He was taken to a local hospital where he is expected to survive.
