Water Restored after major water main break

BALTIMORE (WBFF)-- Crews from the Department of Public Works worked through the night Wednesday to repair a broken water main Downtown.

The break was reported Wednesday evening, in the height of evening rush hour.

Water has been restored to homes and businesses in the area.

The repairs to the road continue. An official told FOX45 it could take days to complete.

DPW workers say they hope to be able to open a portion of the road by Thursday's afternoon rush hour.
