WEEKEND CRIME | Pizza driver carjacked in Randallstown
BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) - Baltimore County saw several violent crimes between Friday and Sunday, according to police reports.
They included a robbery and carjacking of a pizza delivery driver in Randallstown Friday evening, as well as a violent armed robbery in the same area earlier that evening.
Armed assaults were reported in Arbutus, Essex and Dundalk.
At 8 p.m. Feb. 9, someone pointed a silver gun at a victim on Terka Circle, near Offutt Road in Randallstown.
The suspect pulled the female victim into a wooded area and stole her money, reported police.
At 9:28 p.m. on Calgary Court, also near the Winands/Offutt area of Randallstown, someone was delivering pizza when he was approached by an unknown suspect and punched in the face.
The suspect pushed the victim to the ground, then took his car keys and left in the victim's vehicle.
At 8:17 p.m. that evening, someone entered Wise Liquors in Dundalk, on Wise Avenue near Bear Creek, and displayed a black gun.
The suspect forced employees behind the counter and stole cash and cigarettes.
At 8:52 a.m. Saturday, someone robbed another person at gunpoint in Essex, on Berkshire Road and Magnolia Terrace near Eastern Boulevard.
The suspect displayed a gun and robbed the victim of his cell phone, jacket and wallet before fleeing.
At 11:40 p.m. Saturday, someone was assaulted while walking in the area of Leeds Avenue and Linden Avenue in Arbutus.
A passenger in a passing car began shouting obscenities at the pedestrian and threatened him with a gun, then fled.
