WIND CHILL ADVISORY: Wind chill expected to be -4 on New Year's Eve

(WBFF) -- New Year's Eve will be an extremely cold time to celebrate the beginning of 2018!

The last night of 2017 brings frigid air with temperatures around 10 degrees tonight and a wind chill of -4.

The Wind Chill Advisory in effect until 10 am Monday morning.

Maryland Emergency Management is advising people to bundle up with layers to stay warm as folks head to their festivities for the night.
